Meto-4 series is a stable two-step blow-down stretch automatic blowing machine.It can be used from 4 cavity to 12 cavity with a speed of 1500 bottles per hour (750 ml plastic bottles),max volume 2L plastic bottle,suitable for blowing any kind of carbonated beverage bottle,sparkling beverage bottle,pure water bottle, mineral water bottle,fruit juice beverage bottle,cosmetic bottles,large diameter bottles, high temperature resistance bottles and other packaging bottles.

The heating lamp adopt infrared quartz lamp, not easy to damager, it is different than semi-auto blowing machine lamp. So it no need frequently to change lamp. The lamp life is long, even it is broken, it can use also.

Our hand feeding stretch blow molding machine can add autoloader+manipulator to became fully automatic.

Our Blow Moulding Bottle Machine is more safety and stabilization.

Our clamping unit adopt clooked arm configuration self-lubricating system. So very stabilization and no noise.
